...another beautiful day in NYC!! ... had to be atleast 85* not bad for OCt! ...again this year... nike has us heading to NIKE TOWN for the Human Race packet pick up... beats waiting in line on race day..... this way...we can have our shirts on and chips tied to our sneakers... the race is 8am unlike last year @6PM... we will be heading back to the city for the race on Sat 10.24... ((so we thought!?).... ok..., scroll down to see what happened! ...thanks to Uncle Billy for the company to NY... even if we almost missed the train by a minute!! (( lost Billy in Grand Central just before the train was pulling out..... NIGHTMARE!!.. lost and found all good.. (MY FAULT THO)... no express available... it was a long ride /STOP n GO... home back to New Haven !!!!!... got a good NAP at least!
...we added NANNY this year to our bibs... more angel wings on our sneakers!

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO... the rain held us back... 4:30am about to get in the car to drive 2 hours... the rain on Sat morning was COMPLETE DOWN POUR which never let up!!!... we all were text messaging.. as to what to do???... and THE VOTE WAS unanimous to stay home and go back to bed!! ... the worst rain imaginable... so we have our shirts and will be doing a 10k on our own....!! ill add photos shortly!!
