Today we are saddened and shocked to learn of the passing of a wonderful family friend ..Nancy Lovetere... she died suddenly and unexpectedly at Saint Marys hospital Waterbury. Please keep your thoughts and prayers with her entire family as they will have a tough road ahead of them. She will be missed.

...i came home on friday august 21!... 11 days in ICU was enough!!...im doing so well and gaining weight!!

...a few days before i came home.... chilling out in my crib!! see no more tubes in my nose!

GOOD NEWS!... this little guy is a TROOPER! i don't know all the logistics about technical terms and such... and tests and all... but this little guy is doing fantastic and responding to all that is being done to him! my brother called last night to tell me that Tina finally got to hold and feed him for the very first time!... the large tube is also out of the nose and replaced with a small one! ...he graduated to having a stuffed animal in his bed and finally a little blanket to snuggle him!

...thank you to all of you who thought about this little miracle!


.... just got word an hour ago that i am a new auntie!! my brother Kevin and sister inlaw gave birth to a preemie!! Baby Davis is just about 5lbs and a month early!! he is hanging in there!! please say a lil' prayer for this little guy!! heading up to Baystate ICU in the am to see my nephew!!

7.8.1968 Happy Birthday Dave!

...its been two birthday celebrations since our dad has passed away! Dave is 41 today...time has a way of healing the dayto day heartache at times.. but its when the holidays and celebrations roll around for the 2nd time you stop and have to catch your breath and ask ,"is this really going by us once again?"...and you have to remind yourself to breathe breathe breathe all over again!!!... this year we found ourselves at the beach ...but this time in Milford where Daves Aunt has a house on the beach. We are here mostly because Dave loved it and always took that day off from work and as a family we would head down to the shore for an afternoon seeing who can win the darkest tan contest! surely He would beat us completely and Madison would always be second! Me and the boys take longer to bronze then those two! Well Dave didn't go un noticed today thats for sure... there was quite the commotion at the beach ...he was out in full force giving us a sign he was there too.... most of you know if you read the blogg what reminds us of daddy is EMR TRUCKS...the ones that transported Dave to the hospital that day...seems like we see them just at the right time and BAMM! one pulled up in front of us... and even more ironic is the number 8 which is our dads birthday was on the truck! I had to snap a photo for proof... and if you unscramble the numbers in the license plate it came out to 4/23 which that was the day daddy passed away. So that was our day of signs that our dad was still around and hanging with us!!! No way would he miss a beautiful beach day and we grateful for the good weather finally!!!! Happy 41st Birthday Daddy! we Love you and miss you! !XOXOXOXOXOXO

Carson graduates from Kindergarten! .... what a wonderful class Carson was in this year and we just loved our teacher Miss Pitino! ... she will be missed as Carson goes onto first grade.... and we are excited that our neighbor Morgan will be in his class next year!!! We missed our Dad again at this event...WE LOVE YOU DADDY!!! xoxox

6.21.09 Happy Uncles Day and FATHERS DAY!!!

Thats our uncle Billy!! (MY BROTHER) or Uncle Belly!...also known aka: MANNY! (the male version of a NANNY!) My brother Billy has become a fixture here at our home helping out with the kids ... running them to birthday parties... Tball and any other event Billy is assigned too! The kids look forward to him being around and always ask is Uncle Billy sleeping over tonight! I know Dave would be proud of how much time and effort Billy has put into the lives of my children.. The kids as well as myself is comforting to know Billy is always there to help out in any way... and even calls to remind me that Mondays are garbage night!!!! Billy is a good guy... and we are happy and thankful we have him around!!! THANKS BILLY!!! XOXOXOXO
